ArcGIS Hub gallery content by tag name

I have created a Hub site and added a row with a Gallery. In the sidebar settings I am trying to make the gallery only display content that has a specific Tag.

"Dashboard Demo" does not display any results and neither does "Dashboard_Demo" or "dashboarddemo"

The gallery only seems to work if I choose a specific content type, so why does it give the option of using tags?

Are the items you want displayed also shared to the hub site's content group? Or, shared within a group that is shared in the hub site's group manager? Using "dashboarddemo," without a space, is a good idea. I do the same when I want specific items to show.

Yes the content is shared with the Hub sites content group. Glad to hear you're using it in the same way, so there must be a reason why it's not working for us
