Hello. I have experience publishing data to ArgGIS Online, creating applications to share with clients, and using Collector in the field. However, I am new to Hub. I created a Hub Site Application, added galleries of apps and PDFs I want to share, but I am having trouble adding an open data portal for people to visit and download shapefiles, KML files and spreadsheets. The site I am trying to imitate looks like this.
I would really appreciate any help on this as I am truly stumped. A search for tutorials on how to do this comes up empty. Thank you.
