Change x-axis maximum on bar chart

We’re working a Hub site for our Covid-19 dashboards and have various charts comparing data like percentage of population

Our users have requested that the x-axis on the chart go all the way out to 100, but we’ve haven’t found a way to make this work. Is it possible to get more fine tuned control over the values on the x-axis and if so how?
