I have inserted an IFrame object with a URL to an arcgis online hosted PDF document. It works for a while, like a minute or 2, then i & others receive an "Access Denied Request has expired" Error from the AWS storage. How do you remove that time out error? ive tried sharing both the document & the site publicly, but to no avail.

thanks for any insight!

Don't paste a token in your URL. Make sure the object is public

@Anonymous User is there any way of doing this without making the content public? The users have permission to view the item through group membership, but we want to embed/link directly to the PDF hosted in AGOL rather than just link to the overview page and them have to click Open. We are doing this through storymaps.

Thanks,
Rob
