On the Survey123 Card, it would be great if there was an option to load the theme added from the Survey123 Web App, vs swapping to the hub site theme. The current custom theme button just affects the background of the card. Embedding the Survey123 form loads the form with Survey123 Web App theme, but it either takes up too much real estate then or you have to pick the height and that makes it clunky to use in the site (like auto scrolling up every time a survey page is clicked next)
So instead of just a card theme - it would be survey theme option - which would drop down to "Hub Theme" or "Survey123 Theme" maybe. Or better yet: a Setting by the "Embedded Apps" area, where similar to the More Info defaults, there's a "Apply Hub Theme - Defaults" with the same list, and you pick which apps retain their own theme. This would make adding Surveys via the gallery card work like that too.
Setting the Card Theme isn't very helpful because you can't adjust the text color, and it doesn't change anything when the survey is opened. I have a hub site with 7 different forms in it, and the theme I set in the Survey123 Web App is a helpful part of keeping each of the surveys straight - and retaining branding.
