Hub Basic / Sites: Add Option to open Map Card map in new window

With Map Cards, I'd like to see a clickable link or a button underneath the map frame that would allow users to open that map, full size, in a new window. Since the row will expand to the tallest element, in my example, any link I try to add will be miles away from the map because the text on the left hand side is more than the height of the map. It just makes more sense to make this a supported option rather than me trying to kludge it in.
