We would like the ability to configure the order of the file formats for download formats, both as a default for our Hub site, and individually per dataset. This would provide a better experience for our users who tend to default to particular file formats as we could configure those files to be at the top of the format list and lesser-used formats at the end, which would make it quicker and easier for them to find the files they want.
This is prompted by user feedback on our Hub site.
