By default the Toggle Filters switch is not checked, even when a filter is set, which can result in the user accidentally trying to download every records, which can take a long time for large datasets. My idea is to have this Toggle Filters switch enabled when a filter is set. We had a user that wanted 6 properties to download as a shapefile and they didn't have the that switch enabled. They waited over an hour to get all 400k+ records.
