Adjust the order in which records are displayed in the popup when a user clicks on the map on ArcGIS Hub. For example, we have a surface water data quality dataset on our Open Data site. Multiple features exist in the same location, and we want to display the most recent record first, based on the Date field. I have checked with ESRI support and this is not currently possible.
