Allow for adjusting the default sorting of Open Data tables on the Hub. E.g. we want this data to default to sorting by city name instead of whatever it’s doing now (probably OID). I realize there's potential options to adjust in desktop software, but by the time it gets to our Hub site, it's too much effort to change. It would be great to allow this adjustment to be made in the Hub UI.
