Overview
On May 17th, 2021, ArcGIS Hub began experiencing a service disruption at 8:00 AM ET (12:00 PM UTC) affecting all web browsers attempting to access Hub Sites. During this time Downloads and the Hub API continued to operate as expected.
The issue was fully resolved approx. 2.5 hours later, all ArcGIS Hub Sites are operating normally.
What's Next?
We understand the frustration this may have caused you all this morning. We'll be working to strengthen our internal reporting mechanisms to mitigate instances of this kind from occurring in the future.
