Standard Prediction Error Kriging

Hi everyone,

I have created a Geostatistical analysts layer by ordinary kriging. In order to obtain the associated uncertainty, I exported the GA layer to prediction standard error.

I wanted to ask how can I use the prediction standard error pixel or raster values to quantify the uncertainty? Is it simply plus or minus the error values?

Thanks!

Just wanted to check to see if you have gone through the help topics since you didn't indicate as such

Yes, I went through those materials to be able to create my models. My concern now is how to interpret the prediction standard error map and use it as uncertainty associated with the GA layers.

Thanks

some is covered in other sections beyond the basic method selection

which covers the basic interpretation jargon and options.  Also in an adjacent area in the help, there are other options for further analysis of results
