Hi everyone,

I have a challenge with the version of the base maps on the GeoPlanner. I am working with the application to plan and evaluate the efficiency of green infrastructures for stormwater management, and I discovered that the current high-resolution base map  (Image Hybrid) doesn't show the current situation on the ground. I wish to ask what @ESRI1 is doing to correct the occurrence, do you have any advice as to what I can do to get an updated image hybrid layer for my work?

Hi @SAMUELADEAPIN , your ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise org administrator is able to configure the list of basemaps available to the users, which would be selectable in GeoPlanner's basemap widget. More info can be found in the documentation below:
https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/customize-basemaps.htm

You can search the Living Atlas to see if you can find a basemap that fits your needs:
https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/en/browse/#d=2&categories=Basemaps

If you're looking for a specific baaemap, you can also try the Living Atlas community page:
