Hi everyone,
In the environments we delivered for our client keep receiving below error in the log every 10 minutes but this error affects nothing so far.
WebSocket experienced an error, trying to reconnect
according to the log, the error message from:
come.esri.ges.transport.websocketInboundTransport
Seems the problem from the WebSocket input connector we're using. As I knew the 10 minute is the default session time for this connector.
Wondering anyone experienced this before and what might be the solution as you know?
Note: the Gep version 10.5.1

Are you able to sort this error. We seem to experience the same issue!!
it works when the service is manually restarted! but restarting manually is not practicable.
