Outputs and Inputs randomly stopped after Re-Boot

Hi,

I am using the GeoEvent processor 10.2.1 for testing purposes on my Windows 7 machine. When re-booting the system usually some of the designated inputs or outputs have the status "STOPPED" and I have to re-start them manually. Does anyone else have these experiences?
