upgraded to 10.3.1 GEP and Server and now having issues with my feature service updating and the SSL issue again.
All my services came over and stayed in place with the upgrade but now the feature services are not updating the the database and showing on webmaps.
Have checked registered folders and ArcGIS Server and appears to be no errors. Maybe missing something, but asking if others have had any similar issues after upgrading.
