hi, all,

After updating to ArcGIS 10.3 server and GeoEvent Extension, I could not log on with the previous user 'arcgis' and its pw 'manager' any more on to GeoEvent Manager.

Where can I reset the login credentials?

with much thanks,

This was helpful. We had a similar case in that the reason we couldn't log into Geoevent was a certificate issue. This was not obvious as the only issue was not being able to login (that we know of). Resolved by exporting a wildcard certificate into a .pfx file and importing it in ArcGIS Server. Navigated to 'ArcGIS Server Administrative Directory' (https://localhost:6443/arcgis/admin) > Machines > MACHINENAME > sslcertificates > importExistingServerCertificate. The alias is what it will be called in ArcGIS, the password and file you will get when you export the wildcard certificate from your AD (if that is where it exists). Just another option. Here is a page that helps:Configure ArcGIS Server with an existing CA-signed certificate—ArcGIS Server Administration (Linux) ...
