Hello,

We are having issues moving our field collected data from the mobile device to the enterprise geodatabase. The syncronization process iniated by our ArcGIS Mobile 9.3 application keeps throwing an error. Debugging that error is another topic.

At this moment, time is of the essence so what I 'd like to know is whether there are any other options for exporting the data from the mobile map cache to a geodatabase? A file geodatabase would be fine.

Thanks,
jeff

Hello Denise,

Here are the versions of ArcGIS for Desktop and for Mobile.
Desktop: 10.1 build 3035
Mobile: 10.1.1.0 build 30320

Do you know if the import tool for version 10.1 will be available soon? We are now thinking of going back to the field and recollet all data again, since the data we collected is "stuck" inside the map cache.

Thank you

Hi anyone,

I am trying to use the tool: MobileCache2Shape 3.1 but without any luck,
when I run the executable file from my 'C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Mobile10.0\bin' folder,
I get the following error message: (MobileCache2Shape 3.1 has encountered a problem and needs to close)

I am using a 32bit windows XP machine, with ArcGIS Mobile 3.1 and Arcview Desktop 10.1 installed

has anyone figures this out yet?
Your assistance would be much appreciated
