When connected to our ArcGIS Enterprise (10.8.1) environment, opening search results from Chat will fail (see below for the error message). When I Open in browser, it uses a malformed URL which I can correct as follows (I've highlighted the incorrect and corrected part of the URL):

Are you working with a specific ArcGIS item? Previously we had looked into the issue pertaining to a web map viewer item. Could you provide some more context on the item you are receiving this same issue? Is it the web map viewer as well or another ArcGIS item?
It appears to be all types of service with the exception of WMS. I have tried Map Service, Web Map, Feature Service and Dashboard. I am getting the same error on each... @SebastianSaballett @SeanKMcGinnis
