Hi

I am using Sharepoint Foundation 2010 and have just installed the ArgGis Mapping for Sharepoint and installed it onto the server.  I can add the web part into a page but.....

When I drill down into Site Actions > Site Settings > for some reason I am not seeing the option ArcGIS Mapping Administration heading?

Any ideas on what is going wrong?  as I am trying to change the basemaps as per the guide at
http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/sharepoint/help/ConfiguringBasemaps.html

TIA

Are you a site administrator on the site or just a site contributor.

you need to be a site administrator in order to see the Administration section

Thanks that now works!

The other problem I am having is with the actual web part, I don't seem to see the same options that are available on the ESRI help guide for Sharepoint.

For example in the ribbon toolbar for this webpart I cant see the 'Add Content' option under the Application tab or the symbols tab?

What I am trying to do is add the British Geological Survey Geology base map onto the web part

http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=e5e5ea8118354f239561be0cd5775c8a

The other query is what address would I need to use to call this base map data?

TIA

The "Add Content" functionality along with the other buttons need to be enabled for run-mode by editing the webpart and adding the buttons to the ribbon. The "Manage Ribbon" button is what you would use to achieve this.

Hope this helps.
