Hello, I have a very general question. I would like to create a map to share within my organization that will have the ability to view all associated documents, permits, etc. for a property by clicking directly in the map. I have an ArcGIS Pro Standard license. What would the best option be to achieve this? I was thinking this would be to use ArcGIS for Sharepoint or perhaps just hyperlinking this information to the map? The documents that I will be linking are not currently on Sharepoint, but we can organize this data here if needed.

Based on the information you've shared on the workflow you'd like to establish, I think the "Geotag and Geosearch" feature in ArcGIS for SharePoint will be apt.
If you have a "Creator" or similar ArcGIS org license, you should be able to install the "ArcGIS for SharePoint" app on your SharePoint tenant and sign-in to your ArcGIS org to perform "Geotag and Geosearch". @jmbergstrom - The documents you'd like geotag and allow other users to be able to geosearch need to be stored in SharePoint. Also, you can share the SharePoint page with other org members in order to take advantage of the geotag and geosearch feature in ArcGIS for SharePoint. The geotags will not work outside SharePoint.
