Crash on Excel while just clicking on the Esri Maps Tab_(x86) 2.1.2 Office 2010

Hi,

I was trying to install the Esri Maps Office 2.1.2 on my windows 7 system (x64) with Microsoft Office (x86).
While installation, the connection settings was selected ArcGIS Online.
The crash error as following:

As long as I clicked the time, the excel and powerpoint just crashed.
I checked in the forum about solutions, the one related to config file modifying with http:// is related to the portal, but I used ArchGIS online as connection. And I've already updated the Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime.
Does anyone have any solution to this? Your advice would be really helpful...
