New features and enhancements:
Automate your EXIF data extraction workflow by setting up a Power Automate flow
Using this new feature, ArcGIS for SharePoint users will now be able to automate the extraction of EXIF metadata embedded in image files.
We've posted a new blog on Esri Community explaining how to set up the automation for EXIF metadata extraction.
Access geotagged document links in ArcGIS feature’s popup
ArcGIS for SharePoint users will now be able to turn on a setting before they being to geotag documents in SharePoint. Enabling this setting will allow ArcGIS users to access the geotagged document links directly in the feature’s popup in Map Viewer. More information is available in the blog posted on Esri Community.
Layer effects
ArcGIS for SharePoint users will now be able to use Layer effects to enhance the visual appearance of map layers by applying various stylistic enhancements like shadows, glows, and brightness/contrast adjustments, making maps more engaging and easier to interpret.
Spatial aggregation
ArcGIS for SharePoint users will now be able to summarize data (counts, amounts, statistics) from one geographic feature (like points) into another (like areas) to understand quantities in geographic areas and visualize data by rankings or thematic maps.
Option to create temporary analysis layers
ArcGIS for SharePoint users will now be able to select the option to not save their analysis layers to their ArcGIS organization. Instead, the temporary analysis layers will be deleted when the map is closed or when the session ends. This is specifically designed to be used for analysis purposes only
