Update the Layers Legend to not have numbers overlap

Hi All,

For my use case, I need to create a layer with numbers that do not overlap from one class to another. For example, the image below showcases 1-8, then 8-20, 20-37, and etc... Is there an option to modify the layer to display 1-8, then 9-20, 21-37, and etc... instead?

Unfortunately, I do not see the option to have the modify the numbers displayed under Classify Data in the Symbology settings.
