Map Shows in the PowerBI Production Space but won't after it's embedded

Has anyone had issues with their map showing this popup despite the map passing the validation check and working in the PowerBI production space?  I have had this dashboard working successfully for months and now it's not working.

Yes, the issue was that my organization's account was in a restricted status.
