More Tooltip Customization

Right now, it seems like tooltip customization in ArcGIS for PowerBI is limited to changing fonts and colors (see example below from ESRI documentation). It would be helpful to be able to format the tooltips like a table with borders between each row/column to better differentiate each data point, and more ways to customize the tooltips in general.
