Survey123 Connection for Power Automate issues?

I am unable to connect retrieve surveys from my Survey123 connections on When a survey response is submitted.

I get this with existing connections: Could not retrieve values. The dynamic response could not be parsed.

I get this with new connections: No Items

I also get this when making a new connection:

ArcGIS Online connection still work.
