I am trying to create a flow that gets data from an existing AGOL feature layer. When I add the action to my flow, I am getting the below error. I have tried entering in the itemID and using different actions from the list of ArcGIS actions and get the same error with each.
(Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error: {
"error": {
"code": 400,
"source": "power-apis-usgov001-public.azure-apihub.us",
"clientRequestId": "174677bd-700e-43ef-acea-6592d0529d29",
"message": "The response is not in a JSON format.",
"innerError": "Authentication failed. Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue."
}
}.
Looks like this may possibly be due to my license level in PA and not having access to Premium connectors.
Hi! I'm having the same issue. Were you able to find a resolution?
Any update? I am having the same issue.
@SeanKMcGinnis Where you by chance able to find a solution? I am getting the same error.
Thank you!
I am having the same issue and see that there is a bug logged: https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/authentication-to-arcgis-online-through-arcgis-connecto-bug-00016...
Discussion on this post suggests refreshing the connections. That worked for me, but who knows how long it will last
This is also happening with the Enterprise connectors at 11.3. Refreshing the connection works long enough for me to choose a hosted feature, but then I get an error that my Gmail connection is invalid, even though it says it’s fine on the connections page. It can’t get it to trigger no matter what I do.
Since we’ve gotten no help or response from ESRI on this (other than telling us it’s a bug that might be addressed in the next release ‘or two’), we’re probably going to have to ditch Power Automate altogether and look at developing a custom solution. We tried using Make (Integromat) before and that was even worse.
Is anyone else noticing a steep drop in ESRI’s responsiveness to issues lately? We’ve been getting a lot of radio silence when we ask for information or assistance, especially with Indoors.
I have this error. I check the connector and it says it is signed in already. It works for awhile but now when I make a request I get this error out if nowwhere, like after a few hours.
"innerError": "Authentication failed. Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue."
If I go into my connectors and hit edit on the three dots, for the enterprise connector, it seems to reconnect. Don't know how to keep it connected yet. It won't reconnect.
