Power Automate for ArcGIS Error

I am trying to create a flow that gets data from an existing AGOL feature layer. When I add the action to my flow, I am getting the below error. I have tried entering in the itemID and using different actions from the list of ArcGIS actions and get the same error with each.

Looks like this may possibly be due to my license level in PA and not having access to Premium connectors.

Hi, so I'm not sure what the issue is but i resolved it by making a copy of the survey form.
