One of our users is reporting us that he made around 500 modifications on a feature class attributes using ArcGIS for Excel.
He made the changes one by one (modify celle value then go to another cell and change the value and so on). He experienced this behaviour two days in a row.
Have you ever had this bug before ?
How could we gather more informations to resolve this issue ?
Thank you
Good morning @Polesig,
Thank you for reaching out. Can we clarify a few things first?
1. Are you using Desktop or Web?
2. Was this data add from Excel or Add attribute data (added from ArcGIS)?
3. Lastly, the edits made were NOT saved correct? Was Auto save enable in Excel?
Thank you!

1. We use ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online
2. Datas were created with a Survey123 form
3. Part of the edits were not saved correctly (half of them), how to enable/disable auto save in Excel ?
Thanks a lot
@Polesig Thank you for getting back to me! Hopefully, this is the last question...How are you editing the hosted feature service, either within ArcGIS for Excel entirely, or a combination of Survey123 and ArcGIS for Excel, etc.)?
Hello @ShannonCardoza
The feature Class is created by Survey123 Connect. Users collect data using the survey 123 form during several days. When they are finished, they use the Excel Add-in to review their data and correct mistakes. Sometimes they collect during the day and then make corrections in the evening, and collect again the next day and so on.
Thank you !
