I have used ArcGIS for Excel to procuce a map from a pivot table aggregating the number of inspections by Parish. When I change the filter on the pivot table, it does not automatically update the map and you appear to have to go into the layer and click reload. Is there a way this can be done automatically?

@MarkCooper5 Awesome request and completely understandable that having to reload or refresh is a bit unfit with this workflow. However, at this time, we do not have a workaround to provide. I will bring this idea (auto refresh)  to the rest of my team...

Stay tuned!

@ShannonCardoza If there is an Community Idea for this post, I would like to upvote it. I think the ArcGIS for Excel add-in is genuinely fantastic, but the lack of auto-refresh for pivot table data sources seems like a missed opportunity to me.
It would be brilliant to see this feature in future
