This seems like it would be a fairly common request, but I haven't seen anything about it anywhere (maybe that's because the ability to add features via the spreadsheet has just been introduced - thank you!)
Either way, I'm curious if there are plans to allow users to create new features on the map itself and then simply populate attributes of the new feature/row? For users most comfortable working in Excel, I'd love to be able to give them that option rather than having to grab X,Y coordinates to create the feature. Another option could be to prompt the user to enter some other geographic info like city, state rather than coordinates, which would then use the World Geocoding service to drop a point that they could then fine tune with simple editing tools.
