AutoCAD has added new functionality for geomap, it uses https://static-map-tiles-api.arcgis.com but I haven't found any documentation about it.

Are there any documentation about how to work with it(?):

Is there someting wrong with my token? I have selected every possible checkbox, but still can't access some of the tiles:

We appreciate you stopping by the ArcGIS for AutoCAD pages but unfortunately the team is not familiar with the API you are speaking of.

Please check out this Esri page, map tile service. If you do not find what you need I might suggest opening an Esri Technical Support case with the SDK team.
