I have a Group Feature Service where I have all the layers turned off except for 4 layers (Lines), 2 of the 4 layers have scale dependency set. What I am seeing is if I add the Group service, all the data is turned on, layer visibility is not oberved or scale dependency is not observed. Is this the expected behavior?
