We are evaluating switching from using Microstation to AutoCAD since the Esri platform seemed to have a better relationship with AutoCAD.
However, while trying AutoCAD we encounter the following and would like some help to resolve the problems
1. First, after we load the partial data from either map service or feature service, the data is very pixelated and it is not what it thought it looked like. Is there certain settings that need to be set? we just see layers of rings or very pixelated square. The data is fine if we look through ArcGIS Pro
2. We used partial data and even then , it takes way too long to load the data, is there a way to speed up the process?
