Could you add a button under Project Area to "Reset to World"?
Every time someone asks me to clear the mysterious blue rectangle floating in our AutoCAD drawings, I end up searching the help forums to find the command ESRI_PROJECTAREA -> SET -> WORLD.  It would be much more user friendly to have it in the AutoCAD ribbon right below the SET->VIEW and SET->AREA commands (screenshot attached).

Hi setting this to under consideration and will bring it to the team! Thanks for the idea. I'm interested as to why you want to regularly set the project area to world? The intention of project area is to create a spatial boundary around the area you are working in, thus limiting the amount of data coming in from a feature layer as to not fill the drawing with unwanted data.  This just helps the team understand the motivation for adding this feature. Thanks!

Hi @ckraucunas

Thanks for posting this Idea. You can set the Project Area at any time while working in a drawing to encompass your project site (or the desired portions of it). This includes instances where the Project Area is already defined.

As you pointed out, to set the Project Area to encompass the world, you can use the command line.
