Allow the user to change visibility of Web Feature Layers and Document Feature Layers in the Esri Contents pane

Hi there,

We would like there to be check boxes for Web Feature Layers in the same way as there are for Map and Imagery Layers.  I know they are in the regular Autocad layer list, but s they can get lost if you have many other layers. It would be nice for the interface to be consistent across different layer types.

E.g.
