I referred to the following article to configure the Phantom4RTK drone settings with DJI GSPro before using it with the Site Scan Flight app.

https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000024385

I was able to complete all the connections once and put it in the "Float" state, but I cannot connect to DRTK2 even if I try the same procedure again after that.

Even if I try to connect on the attached capture screen, I cannot connect.

I don't know why it doesn't work.

I would be grateful if you could give me any information or advice on this.

Hi @akari_namura ,

We can't assist you with DJI GSPro, for this, please contact DJI's support.

However, you should only need to use DJI GSPro when flying a new Phantom 4 RTK for the first time to ensure that RTK is enabled. When using Site Scan Flight, DJI GSPro should be fully closed, the entire RTK connection setup can be done in Site Scan Flight directly.

Regards,
Nico
