Tasks not displaying on tablets

Hello.

I creates tasks for our field workers, but the issue is the tasks are not displaying on any of our tablets.  I can log in on all phones and see the tasks without issue.

I made sure the latest version is downloaded.  What should my next steps be to fix this?

Hi @AndySelle ,

The minimum iOS version for ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2 (the version where Tasks support is introduced) is 18.5. Your tablets are likely still using Field Maps 25.1, which is why the tasks are not showing up. If you can, update the tablets to a newer OS version and then Field Maps should be able to update as well.

What make/models are your tablets? Are they iOS or Android and what's the version of the device?

All of the tablets are iOS 7th gen.  Version 18.4.1

Your tablets are likely still using Field Maps 25.1, which is why the tasks are not showing up. If you can, update the tablets to a newer OS version and then Field Maps should be able to update as well.
