Sync Error Esri Field Maps

Hi

Can anybody help me to understand why one of our users is getting the following sync error? What exactly does the error mean and what causes it?

'Error while handling start sync geodatabase on the server’.

Thank you for posting! I did some research on this and wanted to ask you some further questions:

Are you using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise?

Through my research, I found some resources that are related to the 'Error while handling start sync geodatabase on the server’. One of the resources notes that the possible issue may be a manual removal of one of the replicas:

"The answer is it does prevent Field Maps from syncing ALL of the layers, if one or more of the replicas is missing for any layer, even it the layer has no edits to push up. I was hoping it would sync the editable layers just fine and then just skip or ignore any missing replicas for the reference data, since there were no edits for them to be pushed."

We're using ArcGIS Online. Below are the errors that appear in the log file. While they got sync errors for some layers the layer with the edits in did sync.

Has the schema changed in the online map whilst offline areas have been created? 

Any layers removed or added?

If so you it might be recommended to retrieve the offline areas from this workflow Access offline edits from ArcGIS Field Maps directly from an iOS or Android device
