While using the Form Builder for Field Maps App, I have built several forms for one map, saving them quite often while building them. But I have had problems with the saved forms disappearing, missing from my Filed Map. The data inputted in the Field Map (inspection) stays present in the related table, but I cannot make any more inspections until I rebuild the Smart Form in the Field Map App again. I have tried many different ways of exiting the Field Map App and even have saved my form after each field I add to it. Is there any trick to fix this problem?
