We are having issues with barcode scanning with an Samsung Galaxy Tab A. When we use the Fieldmaps app with our Android phones we have no issues scanning the barcode. When we then attempt to use our Galaxy Tab devices there is no ability to scan the barcode.
Anyone have this issue before or know of a workaround?
Hi @WillStewart - can you please submit an issue to Esri Support? There may be a challenge with the Galaxy Tab A's ability to access the camera. Are you able to take a photo? Thanks.
