perte de carte sur esri!

bonjour, 

j'utilise l'application fieldMaps avec une carte et donnée réseau depuis un an, mais malheureusement depuis quelques jours cette dernière ne fonctionne plus, en allant dans le compte PC esri je vois que j'ai encore toutes mes données mais que cela ne fonctionne plus, pourriez-vous m'aider a comprendre cela? merci à vous.

Hi Samir,

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to open your map in Field Maps? Are you still able to open the map in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer? Providing some additional detail might help someone diagnose the issue.
