Hi all,
I'm developing a leak map that users in the field can enter new leaks, or users in the office can enter new leaks. The map is completely designed around field maps and the users in the field. However, the users in the office will only enter about 3 or 4 fields before submitting it, and then the field users will take over. I have also included this in my map, so that if the form is being filled out by an office user, they will only be able to see what they are expected to enter. They do not have company phones like the field users. I am looking for a solution to allow the office users to create new leaks for the field guys to complete. Web viewer class and the new web viewer do not seem to retain my calculated values or contingent values depending on which I am using. I have tried to create a web app to accomplish this task. It seems like the only way it really works the way I would like it to is on the phone. Is there some kind of a workaround for this? I'd just like the office users to be able to take advantage of the capabilities provided by field maps.
Thanks,
Damon

Have you considered using Survey123 to create a survey for your office users? You can set up the survey to populate the existing feature service you are using in Field Maps. You can set up the survey to only show the fields that are relevant to your office users and to perform calculations.
Office workers could access the survey via a browser or through the Survey123 desktop app.
Use an Existing Feature Service

A company we work closely with uses this exact workflow, I've just been a bit concerned about our field workers being confused on which application to use, as we've had that exact problem in the past, but if that turns out to be the only solution that is viable, we will have to pursue that. Thanks for linking some information as well, I've never actually done this process before.
Thanks
Are the office workers and field workers different people? If so, you could only share the survey with the office workers. That way the field workers won't be able to see or access the survey.
Yes they are different groups of people. I'm going to test this out now and show it to our users later today to get some feedback. Thanks for your help!
