Is there a way to ensure that photos captured in Field Maps also have geotags in the photo's metadata? That way when the photos are exported (essentially separated from their associated vector data), that they still have location information.
As far as I can tell, when I export attachments from the feature layer, the photos do no have the geotag. It defaults to 0,0.
We have a use-case where a partner organizations uses and views the photos but does want the associated vector data. But they still want geotags on the photos for when they upload the photos to their program.
I would love this to occur natively in field maps when the photo is taken in the field maps
Or, is there a way to assign the photos the gps coordinates of the point once loaded into ArcGIS Pro? Then when the photos are separated from the points and downloaded to a folder, the photo's metadata has the gps coordinates.
