Has the specification of Coded Value Domain in ArcGIS Field Maps been changed after November 2024 ArcGIS Online Updates?

I am unable to use a field which has the same "Description" of Coded Value Domains in ArcGIS Filed Maps Designer. Does anyone know that this behavior known limitation? 

I am unable to use my existing data, so confused...

Steps:

1. Set two Coded Value Domains which has the same "Description". Ex. 1: Sapporo, 2: Sapporo
2. Share it to ArcGIS Online as a hosted feature layer.
3. Open it in the item detail's page and check its domains. The message "Cannot have duplicates" is displayed in Label (displayed value).
4. Open it in ArcGIS Filed Maps Designer and put it into a form. The message "Unable to save your form changes. The form contains invalid properties or an error has occurred." is displayed.

I think this behavior is older than November 2024 since the community has related posts of the same issue by 2022. Please look at the post below for an explanation of the issue and a possible workaround.

Thank you for your reply. I checked the old posts in 2022! 
It's not good to use the same "Description" certainly, so I will change my existing data.
