I'm hoping that the issue I'm having is just user error and has a really simple answer. My organization uses Fieldmaps for various reasons. We log in using our organization's URL:
On the tablet we are using, if you sign out and then try to sign in as a different user it auto logs back into the previous account. There is no option to type in a different email/password.
The limited information I've found on this says to clear your cache, but I feel like there should be a more straight forward way to change the user.
If there's a simple solution to this, please let me know!
In Field Maps go to the main menu and select the blue person icon in the upper left corner. Scroll to the bottom and select sign out.
The issue is that after signing out, when I try to sign back in as a different user, it doesn't give me the option to use a different email. It just re-signs in as the previous user.
Did you ever figure out this problem? Having the same issue.
We cleared all browser history, deleted the field maps application, and re-installed the field maps application. Hope this works for you.
