I created a Field Maps form to collect data. I have a series of elements and have saved the form to my layer. Any insight into why I'm not able to take points from my mobile app? Thank you!

Are you able to edit this same map/data in the mapviewer? Successfully add/delete points, attributes, etc.?
If so, then the edit settings would appear to be correct (as long as it's the same logged in user for all), and this is what I'd try next.
If the user logged into Field Maps App defiantly has permission to edit this data, first I'd log completely out of FMA, close it, open it again, log in with user that has permissions and re-test.
FMA 'flakes' out now and then and this is the only way I've found to re-establish the connections/permissions, etc.
If that doesn't work, I'd add that hosted feature service to a brand new webmap and save it. Set up basic form (easiest to just convert pop-up) and save, then load that map into FMA and see if the blue dot appears.

Hey @CassidyWheat
First, I would check if you have the proper license, in order to collect points you would need a Creator or Mobile Worker license. Next, I would check to see if the map has editing enabled, if that's confirmed, inside the web map attempt to create a feature and see if that works out for you!
Do you see the blue plus sign at the bottom right as well:

I do indeed have a Creator license. I also enable editing on the map!
I don't see the blue plus sign on the web map or on the mobile Field Maps app. Is there anything else you would recommend checking?
If you don't see the blue plus sign, first place I check is the editing capabilities in the Settings tab of the item details page:

Editing is enabled on my feature layer. Any other ideas? Thank you!

Logging completely out of Field Maps, closing the app, and re-logging in worked! Thank you for your guidance.
