Field Maps Switch Button

I am trying to create a new field map and a yes / no switch is perfect for our data collection.  I have created a hosted feature layer (points) and have full editing privileges - however the form will not save - I get the following error:

I can add and save all other form types.  Any help would be appreciated!

You have to insert a default value. Good luck!
