Field Maps Not working on iPad but working on Android Phone

Hi there,


Is anybody else having issues with Field Maps? It was working fine the past few weeks, but all of a sudden my field workers are unable to collect data. The error "The form contains unsupported data" keeps on popping up when using my iPad and nothing has been changed. When I log in on my Android phone it works, but when I use my iPad I get the error.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Can you check the Troubleshooting logs after you open the map on the iPad? There might be an error indicating a field referenced in the form is missing from the layer/table. If you are using ArcGIS Online, you can also check the form in the Field Maps web app - there may be a warning displayed when you load/save the form.

Check for an iOS update. Field Maps requires at least iOS 14.5. If your device is too old you may be unable to install the latest OS and won't be able to get the latest version of Field Maps.
