Good afternoon,
I am wondering if there is any way to display a set location profile on the actual map when collecting? I just ran into an issue of accidently collecting and marking points of interest in the field under the "Default" profile instead of my "Custom" profile. I know I should've done my due diligence and check my equipment configurations prior to starting the project, but this was something I overlooked while under pressure to complete a time sensitive project. If there's a way to do this, or maybe autofill this info on a feature layers field, it would help tremendously to avoid this type of mistake in the future. Any help, advice or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.
Highlighted below is just an example of how I picture being able to display the profile on the map (this is just an edited screen shot with text over it.)

Hello, the current Profile is also shown in the Location Details (tap on the accuracy banner) of any map. I understand this is not on the actual map display but it is available within any map and a good way to double check your configuration and current location fix details. Depending on the coordinate systems of you data/map and the coordinate system of your Profile, there are also instances where Field Maps will show a warning when the map is opened if the configuration is incompatible, it sounds like in your instance this was not the case. There is currently no way to add this information to the map display or your feature attributes.

Colin,
Thanks again for the help! This actually works perfectly as a quick on-the-fly check versus closing the map down and toggling through the settings. Yes, the map gives me a warning and won't even allow me to get access to certain maps unless I'm on the correct location profile. I have various maps, some with ESRI base maps (for other departments to only view data or basic editing) and some maps on a hosted web map service base map with our regions coordinate systems (for high accuracy collection, which I use day-to-day). Since I manage these maps and sometimes reference them in the field, I have to toggle between location profiles often to be able to access the required map. If I am under my 'custom' location profile, I am not able to open maps with ESRI base maps, so that's when I'll forget to switch back to my regions location profile. Additionally, what I just figured out is if I am on the 'default' location profile, I am still able to open maps with our hosted service base map that's on our regional coordinate system for some reason. Could be how my location profile configuration is setup? Regardless, this feature you shared to quickly check the profiles will tremendously help from now on. Appreciate the prompt response!
